Quick answer
- Are there all-inclusive resorts in Florida? Only two true ones in 2026: voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort in Port St. Lucie (family-friendly, from about $300 a night) and Bungalows Key Largo (adults 21+, $799 to $2,099 a night).
- voco Sandpiper is the former Club Med Sandpiper Bay. It reopened under IHG in mid-January 2026 after a $50 million renovation with 335 rooms, a buffet and bars, house cocktails, wine and beer, kayaks and daily activities included; Tripadvisor rates it 3.7/5.
- For adults only, Bungalows Key Largo includes five restaurants and premium drinks; Henderson Park Inn in Destin (Tripadvisor 4.7/5) includes a daily happy hour, snacks and beach service but not meals.
- There is no true all-inclusive in Orlando, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Destin, Cocoa Beach or Panama City Beach. In Orlando, a Disney Resort hotel with the Disney Dining Plan is the closest substitute; from Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Port Canaveral, a cruise is.
- Best months: March to May and November. NOAA's Atlantic hurricane season covers June 1 to November 30, with the peak around September 10, so insure late-summer and fall trips.
- Check Tripadvisor's 'all-inclusive' filter with care: most of the Florida hotels it returns sell rooms only.
Our verdict
Our verdict: two real all-inclusives, and smarter alternatives for everyone else
If an all-inclusive in Florida means one price for food, drinks and activities, you have exactly two choices. voco Sandpiper is the one for families and budgets: it is the only large Florida resort where house cocktails, wine and beer come with the room, and at roughly $300 a night it undercuts every other U.S. all-inclusive by a wide margin. Go in knowing it is a riverfront resort still finishing its renovation, with mixed reviews. Bungalows Key Largo is the adults-only answer and the better resort overall, but it costs roughly three to seven times as much.
For everyone else, pick by trip type. Couples who want a real beach should book Henderson Park Inn in Destin and budget for dinners. Theme-park families should pair a Disney Resort hotel with a Disney Dining Plan. Gulf Coast families get the most beach for their money at Island Grand at TradeWinds with its breakfast-credit package. Honeymooners with a big budget should look at Little Palm Island, which is not all-inclusive but is the most romantic stay in the state. These picks are based on published inclusions, Tripadvisor ratings and review patterns, and the prices we saw in October 2026.

Are there all-inclusive resorts in Florida?
Yes, but only two that meet the usual definition of one prepaid price for meals, drinks and activities:
- voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort, Port St. Lucie: family-friendly, house drinks included, about $300 a night.
- Bungalows Key Largo, Key Largo: adults 21 and over, premium drinks and five restaurants included, $799 to $2,099 a night.
Everything else marketed as a 'Florida all-inclusive' is something less: a hotel with a breakfast or resort credit, an inn with a free happy hour, a theme-park hotel with a dining plan, or a cruise. Even Tripadvisor's Florida all-inclusive list is full of hotels where reviewers point out that meals and drinks are not included.
Why so few? The same reasons as the rest of the USA: high wages and a tipping culture, expensive beachfront land, and guests who want to eat out. Florida's dense restaurant scene makes a meal plan an even harder sell.

1Best true all-inclusive in Florida (family)
voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort
Port St. Lucie, Florida (Treasure Coast)
$280–$320 per night for two · Skift saw $314 for an oceanview room on a September date (Jan 2026 article); a July 2026 guide cites Kayak data from $282; holidays and spring break run higher
Our take
voco Sandpiper is the only large resort in Florida where one price covers food, house cocktails, wine and beer, and the daily activity program, and at about $300 a night for two it is by far the cheapest true all-inclusive in the U.S. The former Club Med Sandpiper Bay reopened as IHG's first U.S. all-inclusive in mid-January 2026 after a $50 million renovation, with 335 rooms and suites on the St. Lucie River, a family pool, an adults-only infinity pool, a 9-hole mini golf course, kayaks and paddleboards. The weak spots are real. Tripadvisor sits at 3.7 out of 5 from 321 reviews, and recent guests split between praise for staff who go out of their way and complaints about crowds, understaffing and limited dining while three more restaurants, a splash pad and a playground are still to come. It is riverfront with only a small beach area, so the Atlantic sand at Jensen Beach and Hutchinson Island means a drive. We would book it now for a budget family weekend or a group trip, with modest food expectations, and revisit once the later phases open. Skip it for a milestone trip or if a beach outside your room is the point.
Skip it if You want a beachfront resort, polished food or a finished property.

What guests say
The staff went out of their way to make sure we had the best time.
Nighttime entertainment was just ok. A real band would be a great addition.
An August 2026 reviewer compared the resort to a buffet chain with a community pool, calling it overcrowded and understaffed with no sense of luxury; others mention renovations limiting what was open.

Our take
For a Florida trip without children, this is the only true all-inclusive in the state, and it sits in a different price class from voco Sandpiper. voco covers house drinks at a riverside family resort for roughly $280 to $320 a night; Bungalows Key Largo is strictly 21 and over, and its published rates of $799 to $2,099 a night buy meals at five restaurants, premium spirits, a private bungalow with its own outdoor space, and kayaks, paddleboards and snorkel gear on 12 acres of waterfront. Read the fine print before booking: Bogie and Bacall's steakhouse joins the plan only from the fourth night, and spa treatments and some excursions are billed. Guest scores trail the price. Tripadvisor sits at 4.1 out of 5 from 547 reviews, and the food draws praise from Trip.com guests but tops the complaints in Kayak's review summary, so expect good rather than flawless. Getting there is easy if you fly into South Florida: it is about 63 miles from Miami International, and there is no point driving on to Key West for an all-inclusive, because the town has none. Mainland couples weighing it against Henderson Park Inn in Destin are really choosing between included meals and a far better beach. Our Florida Keys guide covers its inclusions and the other Keys resorts in detail.
Skip it if You are bringing kids, would rather have Gulf Coast sand than included meals, or are budgeting closer to voco Sandpiper's rates.
Our category scores
Pros
- The only 21+ all-inclusive anywhere in Florida
- Premium spirits and five restaurants, not just house pours
- Private bungalows with outdoor tubs and showers
- Easy 63-mile drive from Miami International
Cons
- Several times the nightly price of voco Sandpiper
- Steakhouse included only from the fourth night
- Small beaches, no match for the Gulf Coast's sand
- No refunds inside 30 days of arrival
- Age policy
- 21 and older
- Rooms
- 141 bungalows (Trip.com listing)
- Setting
- 12 acres with 1,000 feet of shoreline
- Included
- All meals at 5 restaurants, premium spirits, selected wines and beer, cabanas, non-motorized watersports, yoga, bikes
- Extra
- Spa, select excursions, Bogie and Bacall's on stays under 4 nights
- Airport
- Miami International (MIA), 63 miles
What guests say
The food across all the restaurants is absolutely delicious.
Overall, nice place, but exceptionally expensive for what it is.
An October 2026 guest said problems with check-in and room access left them feeling unsafe and concerned about how the resort handled it.
Kayak's review summary flags food quality as the top complaint (5 reviews) and calls room service extremely expensive for an all-inclusive.

3Best adults-only on the Gulf Coast (not all-inclusive)
Henderson Park Inn
Destin, Florida (Gulf Coast)
$559–$1,140 per night for two · Kayak, 2 adults, per-night rate for Oct 26–28, 2026 dates, including taxes and fees; checked October 2026
Our take
Henderson Park Inn is the answer to the 'adults-only all-inclusive Destin' search, with one big caveat: meals are not included. What you do get is an adults-only inn beside the mile of undeveloped sand at Henderson Beach State Park, a daily happy hour with wine, beer and signature cocktails, unlimited Starbucks coffee, sweets and snacks, a welcome bottle of wine, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach service, and cruiser bikes. Guests also get use of the pools and amenities shared with sister property Henderson Beach Resort. The fees are the catch: a $45 nightly resort fee plus a 5% nightly service fee, with the first night, tax and resort fee charged at booking. Tripadvisor rates it 4.7 out of 5 from 1,817 reviews, one of the strongest scores on Florida's Gulf Coast. For a couple who wants white sand and calm water more than an open bar, we would book it over any Florida all-inclusive and spend the savings at Destin's seafood restaurants. Skip it if you want every meal prepaid, a lively pool scene or a resort for kids. The Destin-Fort Walton Beach airport is about 30 minutes away.
Skip it if You want all meals included or are traveling with children.
Our category scores
Pros
- Adults-only, right beside Henderson Beach State Park
- Daily happy hour, snacks, coffee and beach service included
- Tripadvisor 4.7/5 from 1,800+ reviews
- About 30 minutes from Destin-Fort Walton Beach airport
Cons
- Not all-inclusive: breakfast, lunch and dinner are extra
- $45 nightly resort fee plus a 5% service fee
- Quiet by design, with little evening entertainment
- Age policy
- Adults only
- Included
- Daily happy hour (wine, beer, cocktails), snacks and coffee, welcome wine, beach chairs and umbrellas, bikes
- Fees
- $45 nightly resort fee + 5% service fee
- Beach
- Next to Henderson Beach State Park's mile of beach
- Airport
- Destin-Fort Walton Beach (VPS), about 30 minutes
What guests say
Kayak's summary of guest reviews highlights the beachfront location, friendly staff, the on-site restaurant (especially breakfast), a charming, relaxing atmosphere, clean facilities and comfortable beds.
Several guests say the inn is expensive and that value for price is lacking; some rooms are described as small, and a few note the property is starting to show its age.

4Best Orlando substitute for all-inclusive
Disney's Contemporary Resort (with Disney Dining Plan)
Walt Disney World, Bay Lake (Orlando), Florida
$424–$876 per night for two · Kayak, 2 adults, per-night rate for Oct 26–28, 2026 dates, including taxes and fees; checked October 2026; room only, dining plan extra
Our take
No Orlando resort is all-inclusive, but a Disney Resort hotel package with a Disney Dining Plan is the closest substitute, and the Contemporary is where we would use it. Opened on October 1, 1971, the 655-room A-frame sits next to Magic Kingdom, with the monorail running straight through the building, so you can walk to the park and ride to Epcot and the other monorail resorts without a car. Add the 2026 Disney Dining Plan and everyone aged 3 and up gets one table-service meal, one quick-service meal and one snack or non-alcoholic drink per night, plus a refillable resort mug; adults 21 and over can choose a beer, wine or cocktail as the drink with each meal. What is not included matters: tips, drinks between meals, and some character meals and signature restaurants that count as two table-service credits. Whether the plan saves money depends on how much your family eats, so price it against paying as you go. Book it for a Magic Kingdom-heavy trip with children of about 4 to 12. Skip it if you want a beach, an open bar or a quiet escape; this is a theme-park hotel first.
Skip it if You want a beach, a bar tab included, or a trip without the parks.
Our category scores
Pros
- Walk or monorail to Magic Kingdom
- Prepaid meals with the Disney Dining Plan
- Adults can take an alcoholic drink with plan meals
- Huge choice of dining across Walt Disney World
Cons
- Not all-inclusive: tips, snacks beyond the plan and most drinks are extra
- Deluxe Disney pricing plus park tickets
- Busy, family-heavy atmosphere
- Rooms
- 655
- Opened
- October 1, 1971
- Transport
- Monorail runs through the resort; walk to Magic Kingdom
- Dining plan (2026)
- Per person per night: 1 table-service meal, 1 quick-service meal, 1 snack or drink; refillable mug
- 2027 plans
- Quick-Service, Table-Service and Deluxe Table-Service
What guests say
Guests consistently praise the location next to Magic Kingdom, the easy monorail access and the convenience for families, along with cleanliness and atmosphere.
Recurring complaints include unfriendly or unhelpful staff, occasional housekeeping issues, a closed pool during some stays and limited vegan food options.

5Best honeymoon splurge (not all-inclusive)
Little Palm Island Resort & Spa
Little Torch Key, Florida Keys
$2,281–$2,569 per night for two · Kayak, 2 adults, per-night rate for Oct 26–28, 2026 dates, including taxes and fees; checked October 2026
Our take
Little Palm Island turns up in Florida all-inclusive searches, but it is not one, and that is the first thing to settle before you compare it with Bungalows Key Largo. Bungalows folds meals and drinks into the rate. Little Palm charges a 15% resort fee that covers the yacht transfer from Little Torch Key, minibar drinks and snacks, valet, Wi-Fi and water toys such as kayaks and Boston Whalers, then bills every meal and drink in The Dining Room with 7.5% tax and a 22% gratuity. Kayak showed about $2,281 to $2,569 a night for two on late-October 2026 dates, including taxes and fees, and that is before a single meal. What the money buys is the most secluded stay in the state: thatched-roof bungalows on a private island reached by a roughly 15-minute boat ride or by seaplane, no one under 18, and a Tripadvisor score of 4.6 out of 5 from 1,378 reviews, well above Bungalows' 4.1. It is a long drive down the Overseas Highway from the mainland, so it works best as the romantic finale of a Keys road trip rather than a weekend from Orlando or Tampa. Book three or four nights and budget generously for dinners. Our Florida Keys guide breaks down the fees line by line.
Skip it if You need a fixed food-and-drink budget, or Little Torch Key is too far to drive for a short stay.
Our category scores
Pros
- The most secluded stay in Florida, on a private island
- Yacht transfer, minibar and Boston Whalers covered by the resort fee
- Tripadvisor 4.6/5, well above Bungalows Key Largo's 4.1
- Thatched-roof bungalows and a Relais & Châteaux setting
Cons
- Every meal and drink billed with a 22% gratuity
- 15% resort fee and 12.5% suite tax push the bill up
- Non-refundable once you are inside 30 days
- Age policy
- No guests under 18 on the island; 21 to check in
- Arrival
- Boat transfer about 15 minutes from Little Torch Key, or seaplane
- Resort fee (15%)
- Welcome cocktail, valet, yacht transfers, minibar drinks and snacks, Wi-Fi, fitness, kayaks, paddleboards, Boston Whalers
- Food and drink
- Billed separately with 7.5% tax and a 22% gratuity
- Operator
- Noble House Hotels & Resorts; Relais & Châteaux
What guests say
Kayak's review summary says guests rave about the comfort of the beds and describe the views from the rooms as spectacular; 10 of 14 verified ratings are 'Wonderful'.
No ocean access for swimming - big dissapointment
I didn't like the odor of low tide.

6Best Florida Keys family resort (not all-inclusive)
Hawks Cay Resort
Duck Key, Florida Keys
Our take
Hawks Cay is the family pick for a Florida trip that is really a Keys trip, but it does the opposite of voco Sandpiper on price. At voco the buffet, food outlets and house drinks are in the rate; at Hawks Cay every meal and drink is paid as you go, so it only makes sense if the setting matters more than a fixed bill. The setting is the draw: 60 acres on Duck Key, about halfway down the island chain, with rooms and villas, five restaurants, a saltwater lagoon, several pools including the adults-only Oasis Cay pool, a marina and a spa, and the resort says its Coral Cay Adventure and Waterpark will open in December 2026. Guest scores are solid rather than standout: Tripadvisor rates it 4.0 out of 5 from 2,404 reviews, and Kayak's 7.3 out of 10 from 1,212 ratings comes with service complaints and grumbles about a $25-per-person breakfast. Families staying on the mainland should compare it with Island Grand at TradeWinds on St. Pete Beach, which has a real Gulf beach and a breakfast-credit package, or with voco if the budget is tight. Drive down to Duck Key if your kids care more about boats, snorkeling and the lagoon than about sand, and set a dining budget for every meal. The Florida Keys guide compares it with Cheeca Lodge and the other Keys resorts.
Skip it if Your family wants included meals or a long sandy beach; voco Sandpiper or a Gulf Coast resort fits better.
Our category scores
Pros
- Lagoon, marina and boating in the middle of the Keys
- Rooms and villas with space for bigger groups
- Coral Cay waterpark due to open December 2026
- Five restaurants, so no driving out for dinner
Cons
- Every meal and drink is extra, unlike at voco Sandpiper
- Lagoon swimming rather than an ocean beach
- Tripadvisor 4.0/5, below Henderson Park Inn and TradeWinds
- Setting
- 60 acres on Duck Key (61 Hawks Cay Blvd)
- Dining
- Five restaurants
- New in 2026
- Coral Cay Adventure and Waterpark, opening December 2026
- Facilities
- Saltwater lagoon, adults-only Oasis Cay pool, marina, Calm Waters Spa
What guests say
Recent reviewers describe Hawks Cay as clean and fun, with good food.
Overall great location and convenient to restaurants.
only issue was wrong charges on the bill when checking out.
Customer service is the most common complaint in Kayak's review summary (29 reviews), and 10 reviewers felt the $25-per-person breakfast was poor value.

Pros & cons
Florida for an all-inclusive: why go, why not
Reasons to go
- No passport and short, cheap flights from most of the East Coast
- voco Sandpiper is the cheapest true all-inclusive in the U.S.
- Gulf Coast beaches beat most Caribbean resort beaches for sand
- Easy to combine with Disney, the Keys or a cruise
- Warm, dry winters from November to April
Reasons to think twice
- Only two true all-inclusives in the whole state
- Resort fees of $45 to $55 a night are common and cover amenities, not food
- Hurricane season from June to November, peaking in September
- Summer afternoons are hot, humid and stormy
- A Mexico or Dominican Republic all-inclusive often costs less for a week
voco Sandpiper (formerly Club Med Sandpiper Bay): what's included in 2026
voco Sandpiper is the resort most people mean when they search for an all-inclusive in Florida, and it has a long history. Club Med reopened the property as Club Med Sandpiper Bay on December 21, 2010, after a $25 million renovation, and ran it for more than a decade. New owners closed it briefly in 2022 and relaunched it on October 6, 2022, as Sandpiper Bay Resort in Wyndham's Trademark Collection (Hotel Online). In December 2025, Hotel Dive reported that Aimbridge would run it as an IHG voco with a $50 million capital plan, and it reopened in mid-January 2026 as IHG's first U.S. all-inclusive (Travel Market Report).
Included in the rate
Per the resort's FAQ:
- The buffet and all resort food and beverage outlets
- A house selection of cocktails, wine and beer, plus coffee, specialty coffee, soda, juice and water
- A family pool and an adults-only infinity pool, both with pool bars
- Daily activities: arts and crafts, sip and paint, karaoke, movie nights and live music
- Fitness center, yoga and aqua Zumba, and sports clinics in tennis, pickleball and soccer (offerings vary)
- Kayaks, paddleboards, volleyball, shuffleboard, billiards and a 9-hole mini golf course
Extra
Premium cocktails, wine and beer; specialty dinners; boat and jet ski rentals; the arcade; marina slips; golf at The Saints course; self-parking at $15 a day; and dogs at $75 a night for one or $100 for two.
What is still in progress
A March 2026 review by Traveling Mamas found about 50 of the 150 acres in use, the Riverside Market buffet, a coffee bar, a main bar and pool bars open, a temporary lobby, and three more restaurants planned for later phases. The official site still lists the splash pad and playground as coming soon. There is a small riverside beach, but it is not an ocean beach.

Adults-only all-inclusive resorts in Florida
Florida's only adults-only true all-inclusive is Bungalows Key Largo, where guests must be 21 or older. The rate takes care of meals at its five restaurants and premium-brand drinks, plus cabanas, yoga, bikes and non-motorized water sports such as kayaks, paddleboards and snorkel gear. The steakhouse, Bogie and Bacall's, is free on stays of four nights or more and costs extra on shorter stays (The Points Guy put it at $300 per two-person reservation).
Two other adults-only options are worth knowing, as long as you understand they are not all-inclusive:
- Henderson Park Inn, Destin: adults-only on the Gulf, with a daily happy hour of wine, beer and signature cocktails, unlimited coffee and snacks, beach chairs and umbrellas, and bikes. Meals are extra, and there is a $45 nightly resort fee plus a 5% service fee (inn policies).
- Little Palm Island, Little Torch Key: a private island reached by boat or seaplane, with children under 18 not permitted. The 15% resort fee pays for the boat ride over, minibar drinks and snacks and the water toys; food and alcohol are charged separately, with a 22% gratuity (FAQ).
For more Keys options, including the truth about Key West 'all-inclusive packages', see our Florida Keys guide.
All-inclusive resorts on the Gulf Coast: Destin, Panama City Beach and St. Pete
We found no true all-inclusive anywhere on Florida's Gulf Coast in October 2026. That includes Destin, Panama City Beach, Clearwater, St. Pete Beach, Naples and Marco Island. The best strategy is a beach resort with partial inclusions, then eat out:
| Area | Best near-inclusive pick | What is included | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Destin (adults) | Henderson Park Inn | Daily happy hour, snacks, beach service, bikes | $45 resort fee + 5% service fee; meals extra |
| St. Pete Beach (families) | Island Grand at TradeWinds | Family Adventure Package: $25 breakfast credit per guest daily, $50 arcade card, parking, no resort fee | Lunch, dinner and drinks extra |
| Panama City Beach | Beachfront hotels and condos | Room only | Spring break crowds in March |
The Gulf Coast's advantage is the beach itself: the sand at Henderson Beach State Park and along St. Pete Beach is far better than anything at Florida's two true all-inclusives. If the beach matters more than the wristband, go Gulf side.

Orlando all-inclusive resorts: Disney with a dining plan is the closest thing
There is no all-inclusive resort in Orlando, but Walt Disney World gets you most of the way there. Guests who book a Disney Resort hotel package can add a prepaid Disney Dining Plan.
For 2026 stays there are two plans. The Disney Dining Plan gives everyone aged 3 and over, per night of stay, one table-service meal, one quick-service meal and one snack or non-alcoholic drink, plus a resort refillable mug. At table-service meals, guests 21 and over can take an alcoholic drink instead of a soft drink. Some character meals, signature restaurants and dinner shows count as two table-service meals, and gratuities are not included. The Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan swaps sit-down meals for counter service. For 2027 Disney is moving to three plans: Quick-Service, Table-Service and Deluxe Table-Service.
What this does not include: drinks between meals beyond the mug, tips, and of course park tickets, which are sold separately in the package. It is a convenient budgeting tool for families, not a bar tab. We like it most at the monorail resorts such as Disney's Contemporary, where you can walk to Magic Kingdom and dine without a car.

Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Cocoa Beach all-inclusive resorts: the honest answer
None of Florida's Atlantic beach cities has a true all-inclusive resort in 2026. Here is what people searching for one usually end up booking:
- Miami: the only all-inclusive-style stay we found is the Pritikin Longevity Center, a week-long medical wellness program on an 800-acre Miami resort that includes physician consultations, chef-prepared meals, fitness sessions and workshops. It is a health program, not a beach holiday.
- Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood: beach hotels sell rooms only. voco Sandpiper is about 1.5 to 2 hours north by car, so it works as a road-trip alternative.
- Cocoa Beach and the Space Coast: no all-inclusives. Orlando and its dining-plan option are about an hour inland.
The real all-inclusive in these cities is a cruise. Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Port Canaveral are major cruise ports, and a 3- to 5-night Bahamas or Caribbean sailing packages your cabin, most meals and entertainment, with drinks packages sold on top. If that is the vacation you want, our Bahamas all-inclusive guide is the land-based alternative a short flight away.
Best all-inclusive family resorts in Florida
For families, rank the options by how much you want to be on the hook for meals:
- voco Sandpiper: the only true family all-inclusive. Food, house drinks for parents, pools, mini golf and kayaks are covered. Budget extra for the arcade and boat rentals.
- Disney Resort hotel plus Disney Dining Plan: meals are prepaid, and the parks are the activity program. Best for children aged about 4 to 12.
- Island Grand at TradeWinds, St. Pete Beach: 40 acres on 1,600 feet of Gulf beach, with the High Tide Slide and paddleboats included in the resort fee and a Family Adventure Package that adds daily breakfast credits.
- Hawks Cay, Florida Keys: a 60-acre resort with a saltwater lagoon, five restaurants and a marina; its new Coral Cay Adventure and Waterpark is due to open in December 2026. Meals are extra.
If what you really want is a kids' club, swim-up pools and unlimited everything, compare prices in Mexico and the Caribbean; a week there often costs less than Florida's partial-inclusive resorts.

All-inclusive resorts in Florida for a honeymoon
For a honeymoon, Florida's choice comes down to the Keys:
- Bungalows Key Largo if you want true all-inclusive: free-standing bungalows with outdoor tubs and showers, five restaurants and premium drinks, about an hour and a half from Miami International.
- Little Palm Island if you want the most romantic setting in the state and are happy to pay for meals: a private island with thatched-roof bungalows, no children, and arrival by boat or seaplane.
- Henderson Park Inn if you prefer a powder-white Gulf beach and a lower price, with a daily happy hour included.
For a honeymoon with an open bar and a beach outside the door at a lower price, the couples and honeymoon guide covers Caribbean options.
Best time to book a Florida all-inclusive and hurricane season
Florida is warm all year, but rain and storms follow a strong pattern. At Miami International Airport, NOAA's 1991–2020 normals show about 2 inches of rain a month from December to February and 7 to 10.5 inches a month from June to October.
- March to May: the sweet spot. Highs in the low to high 80s °F, dry weather and spring prices; Panama City Beach is busy with spring breakers in March.
- June to August: hot, humid and stormy most afternoons. Theme parks are crowded in summer, while South Florida resorts discount.
- September and October: cheapest and riskiest. Per the National Hurricane Center, the Atlantic season lasts from June 1 to November 30; activity peaks around September 10 and is heaviest from mid-August to mid-October. Buy travel insurance and choose flexible rates.
- November to February: dry and pleasant in South Florida, cooler on the Panhandle, and priciest around the holidays.

What a Florida all-inclusive really costs
These are the published rates and fees we found in October 2026, for two adults per night:
| Resort | Typical rate | Fees and extras |
|---|---|---|
| voco Sandpiper | About $280–$320 | Parking $15/day, premium drinks, arcade |
| Bungalows Key Largo | $799–$2,099 | Tips at your discretion; steakhouse on stays under 4 nights |
| Henderson Park Inn | Varies by season | $45 resort fee + 5% service fee; meals |
| Island Grand at TradeWinds | Varies by season | $55 resort amenity fee unless on the Family Adventure Package; meals |
| Little Palm Island | Varies by season | 15% resort fee; 22% gratuity on food and drink; 12.5% room tax |
| Disney Resort + Dining Plan | Package pricing | Tips, drinks between meals, park tickets |
As a rule of thumb, voco Sandpiper is the only Florida resort where two adults can spend a week with food and drinks covered for under about $3,000 before flights. At the near-inclusive options, budget roughly $100 to $250 a day for meals and drinks for two on top of the room.

What travel-forum regulars say
Travel-forum consensus
Florida has no big all-inclusive forum scene, so this summary draws on DISboards' 2025–2026 Disney Dining Plan threads, the Tripadvisor Florida Keys forum and recent Tripadvisor reviews of voco Sandpiper. Forum regulars agree there are only a couple of real all-inclusives in the state. On the Keys forum, Bungalows Key Largo is the one name that comes up, with the caveat that it is expensive and a fair amount still costs extra. Older threads point out that the former Club Med Sandpiper sits on a lagoon rather than the ocean, which still applies now that it has reopened on the St. Lucie River as voco Sandpiper. Its 2026 reviews are split: one review headline calls the renovation an amazing transformation, while other recent guests complained of crowds and thin staffing. For Orlando, DISboards regulars are skeptical of using the Disney Dining Plan as a stand-in for all-inclusive, as with Disney's Contemporary. Many say it rarely saves money now that snack swaps have gone, and they advise pricing the meals you would actually order. The plan works best for families who book lots of character meals, order alcohol with meals or qualify for the 2026 offer that lets children aged 3 to 9 eat free with an adult plan.
The best way to optimize your value is to not buy the dining plan.
Reacting to the 2026 kids-eat-free dining offer, some posters called it a weak perk that only helps families with children in a narrow age range who also buy a plan, while parents with several eligible children said they would run the numbers; the original poster judged it probably not worth it with one or two kids.
Posters name Bungalows Key Largo as the only all-inclusive in the Keys but describe it as super high-end, and a later poster warns that lots of things are extra and not part of the all-inclusive.
Headlined "An Amazing Transformation at Voco Sandpiper All-inclusive Resort", this review reflects the more positive side of post-renovation feedback on the former Club Med Sandpiper Bay.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Are there all-inclusive resorts in Florida?
Yes, but only two true ones in 2026. voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort in Port St. Lucie includes the buffet and all resort food outlets, house cocktails, wine and beer, and daily activities, from about $300 a night. Bungalows Key Largo is adults-only (21+) and includes five restaurants and premium drinks, at $799 to $2,099 a night. Other resorts sold as Florida all-inclusives include only breakfast, credits or a happy hour.
Is voco Sandpiper the same resort as Club Med Sandpiper Bay?
Yes, it is the same property on the St. Lucie River in Port St. Lucie. Club Med ran it as Club Med Sandpiper Bay, reopening it after a $25 million renovation in December 2010. New owners relaunched it as Sandpiper Bay Resort in October 2022, and after a $50 million renovation it reopened in mid-January 2026 as voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort, IHG's first all-inclusive in the U.S.
What is included at voco Sandpiper?
The resort says rates include the buffet and all resort food and beverage outlets, a house selection of cocktails, wine and beer, coffee and soft drinks, a family pool and an adults-only pool, daily activities and live music, fitness and wellness classes, sports clinics, kayaks, paddleboards and a 9-hole mini golf course. Premium drinks, specialty dinners, the arcade, boat and jet ski rentals, golf and $15-a-day parking cost extra.
Are there adults-only all-inclusive resorts in Florida?
Only one true adults-only all-inclusive: Bungalows Key Largo, where guests must be 21 or older and meals and premium drinks are included. Henderson Park Inn in Destin is adults-only and includes a daily happy hour, snacks and beach service but not meals. Little Palm Island in the Lower Keys does not allow children under 18 and bundles boat transfers and minibar drinks into its resort fee, but bills meals separately.
Are there all-inclusive resorts in Orlando?
No. The closest substitute is a Walt Disney World Resort hotel package with a Disney Dining Plan. For 2026, the Disney Dining Plan gives everyone aged 3 and over one table-service meal, one quick-service meal and one snack or non-alcoholic drink per night, plus a refillable mug; adults 21 and over can take an alcoholic drink with plan meals. Tips, park tickets and drinks between meals are extra.
Are there all-inclusive resorts in Miami or Fort Lauderdale?
Not in the usual sense. As of October 2026 we found no beach resort in Miami, Fort Lauderdale or Cocoa Beach that includes all meals and drinks. The Pritikin Longevity Center in Miami runs week-long wellness programs that include meals, fitness and physician consultations, and cruises from Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Port Canaveral bundle meals and entertainment. voco Sandpiper is about 1.5 to 2 hours' drive north of Fort Lauderdale.
Are there all-inclusive resorts on Florida's Gulf Coast or in Destin?
We found none on the Gulf Coast in October 2026, including Destin, Panama City Beach, Clearwater and St. Pete Beach. The closest options are Henderson Park Inn in Destin, adults-only with a daily happy hour and beach service, and Island Grand at TradeWinds in St. Pete Beach, whose Family Adventure Package waives the resort fee and adds a $25 daily breakfast credit per guest.
When is the best time to visit a Florida all-inclusive?
March to May and November are the best balance of weather and price. Miami averages about 2 inches of rain a month from December to February and 7 to 10.5 inches a month from June to October, per NOAA normals. Hurricane season lasts from June 1 to November 30, peaking around September 10, so insure late-summer trips and pick refundable rates where you can.
Is Bungalows Key Largo worth it?
For couples who want everything included, usually yes. It is the only adults-only true all-inclusive in Florida, and many guests praise its five restaurants, though food quality is also Kayak's most common complaint. The trade-offs are price ($799 to $2,099 a night), small beaches and mixed value comments in reviews, which score it 4.1 out of 5 on Tripadvisor and 7.8 out of 10 on Trip.com. Book at least four nights to get the steakhouse included, and compare it with Henderson Park Inn if a big beach matters more than prepaid meals.
